Artistic Approach

His current career leads him to work on several disciplines with the aim of transgressing the frontiers of matter and getting closer to its about. He questions, through different approaches, the relationship between Man and his environment, without through stereotyped representations and conventional media staging.

By creating sculptural atmospheres sometimes in wood, sometimes in metal, at the limit of figuration and abstraction, he seeks to express in his works change, the transformation of life in full mutation.

Through the expression of his works, he attempts contact, proximity, a dialogue with the viewer-browser. They are invited to create a dialogue with the works in their own way, taking them from the predictability of the known universe to unexpected.

It seeks to integrate the latter as much as possible in a universe foreign to what is usually offered to him. Playful while being contemplative, his works offer the visitor the opportunity to observe and react to the angle and the color of each component on its own terms.

The figuration remains for him only a point of departure; it cannot fully communicate its vision without the presence of some part of evocation brought about by the impressions of abstraction. Also, his sculptures are made " metaphorical”; sculpting becomes a way of suggesting an idea, of provoking a reaction.
